Vegas Best Extensions is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy of our clients and website visitors. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how it is used.
Information we collect
When you send our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, your message and any photos you choose to upload. We also record the date and time and your internet (IP) address, to protect the form from abuse.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.
How we use it
We use what you send only to answer your request, plan your consultation and appointment, and keep in touch with you as a client. Your photos are used only to assess your hair before your appointment, and are deleted from our website 20 days after you send them.
Sharing of personal information
Client information is held in strict confidence and is never sold. It is not shared with third parties without your consent, except with service providers that help us run the website and email (such as our hosting provider).
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep out spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. No other page on this site loads it.
Videos
Videos on our Video Gallery come from YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; from then on, YouTube’s privacy policy applies to that video. Video links on other pages open YouTube in a new tab.
Security
We use appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your information. Contact form submissions are stored outside the public website, and the area where we read them is password protected. Each photo can be opened only through a private, unguessable link sent to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
